This week we come to the five forces model analysis, the five forces model is used to research about who is  the competitors, the buyer, the suppliers, the potential entrants, and the substitutes.

We had a discussion with Mr.Stephen Ong about the five forces model this week and we came out with our own five forces model.

One of the requirements when building up a business or organisation is to carry out the PESTEL analysis. PESTEL stands for political, economic, social, technological, environmental as well as legal factors.

Here we are, scribbling away on our work board.

Dynamo Developing The Pyramid Of Maslow Hierarchy Of Needs

In our Entrepreneurship class with Mr Stephen Ong, we were also taught on how to create our own pyramid of Maslow's Hierarchy Of Needs.

Using the knowledge given by him, we then started to structure our own pyramid in relation to our project. We began to match our pyramid with Maslow's.

Right after that, we consulted with Mr Stephen on how our project will have solutions to solve these needs.
